When I joined, the company was undergoing a website replatforming and rebranding process, both of which my team actively supported and facilitated.

Showpo app
Available for both iOS and Android, the app offers all the features and benefits of the website in a compact and user-friendly format. With the Showpo app, fashion enthusiasts can browse through the latest trends on the go.
Our squad was responsible for planning, researching, and maintaining the app while simultaneously running our CRO testing project, enabling us to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Feature optimisation
Our squad had the responsibility of planning the feature quarterly roadmap, utilizing GA data and analytics as a basis. We devised MVP concepts to conduct A/B testing across both the web and app platforms, enabling us to achieve quicker results with minimal effort.

Image search
The feature I take the most pride in is the 'Image search’. This functionality empowered users to capture or upload a photo showcasing an outfit they desired. The feature would then generate similar Showpo outfits as recommendations. We collaborated with our AI partner in Singapore to ensure the finest product recommendations were provided.
At the time of my departure, we saw a 35% increase in ‘Image search’ executions and an even better number of transactions as a result (+49% MoM)
Conversion rate on users who execute ‘Image search’ was at 10.4%
Estimated worth: $18.9k based on an AOV of $124.60 during this period

Design system
I spearheaded the development of the design system from the ground up, resulting in streamlined team processes and an optimized code base. We utilized familiar iOS and Android native components, while maintaining a premium and elegant aesthetic.

The monthly app statistics at the time of my departure were as follows:
